The infeed table is easy adjustable and remains accurate through the use of the robust adjustment lever and easy to use depth scale. There is also an outfeed table adjustment facility that gives the user exact calibration for superior accuracy. It is easy to switch between planing and thicknessing modes, the hood is constructed from steel and is a one-piece swinging design.

This unit can handle even the heaviest of workpieces thanks to the central column that supports the thicknessing table. There is a clutch on the thicknessing feed to allow the removal of stock, should jamming occur. The inclusion of the clutch also means the machine can be disengaged when not in use to save wear and tear on internal parts.
