Whether it's sausage, cheese, or boneless meat – there’s nothing that the high-quality RCAM-250E slicing machine from Royal Catering’s gastronomy range cannot slice into millimeter-thin pieces. Thanks to the anodized and polished aluminum, the meat slicer is effectively protected against corrosion, easy to clean, and meets international hygiene standards. The 150 W electric motor ensures a rotational speed of the circular blade with a diameter of 250 mm at 480 rpm, promising a fast and precise cutting result.

The slice thickness can be adjusted continuously from 0 to 8 mm using a rotary knob. The device can process sausage and cheese pieces with a maximum width of 17.5 cm and a height of up to 14 cm. The carriage, with a low-friction ball and sliding bearing, glides past the rotating knife with minimal effort.

The inclined angle of the slicer exerts optimal pressure on the cutting material. With the semi-automatic knife sharpener, you can easily sharpen the blade yourself without the need for complicated disassembly.
