Whether spaghetti, tortellini, or tagliatelle, dried, frozen or freshly-made pasta – you can cook all types of pasta "al dente" in no time. This cooking appliance is ideal for restaurants and fast food outlets and helps you to sustainably optimise the production process. The powerful pasta cooker impresses with its strong output of 3,000 W, which is distributed equally among the three built-in heating elements.

They bring the water to the boil in no time and ensure even heat distribution. The pasta cooker has three controls for setting the temperature so that you can prepare different types of pasta at the same time. The temperature can be regulated within a range of 30 - 110 °C and remains constant after reaching the preset temperature.

The three built-in water drain taps save you the hassle of scooping water and allow you to empty and clean the basin quickly. The construction of the pasta station is made of high-quality stainless steel and is equipped with a 19.5 L basin. The basin has 6 fine-mesh round basket inserts measuring Ø 12.5 x 11 cm.
