Special attention should be paid to application, material and technical data. These assemblies are not suitable for use with our series of high pressure hydraulic cylinders and pumps, which have an operating pressure of 700 bar. Each assembly features a one-piece end fitting (eliminating a mismatched insert and ferrule) and matching hoses. Hoses are made of synthetic rubber with synthetic rubber outer cover and steel wire reinforcement with high tensile strength. Fittings are made of galvanized mild steel.

Scope. Applications include medium pressure maintenance with petroleum-based hydraulic fluids, mineral oils, lubricating oils, water-glycol, water-oil emulsion hydraulic fluids, hot oil, grease, crude and fuel oil, air and water.
