The materials offer excellent sound absorbing and insulating properties, while the chemical resistant exterior cladding protects against dust and moisture. Can be used as a mat or cut to the desired shape and size. Self-adhesive back for easy attachment to machines/devices.

Filling materials. Polyurethane foam (density 25 / 28 kg/m ;sup>3 ;/sup>) absorbs sound over a wide frequency range. A good basic solution for all reflected and reverberant noises.

Suitable as carrier foam for internal adjustment and as mounting surface. Typical applications: Control panels in machine rooms and close-fitting hoods Non-combustible polyurethane foam (density 75 kg/m ;sup>3 ;/sup>) - as above, but for use in high-risk areas polyester fibre (density 30 kg/m ;sup>3 ;/sup>) - excellent sound absorption combined with good thermal insulation. Material of the outer claddings.

Aluminized film - metallized polyester foal as oxygen and moisture barrier Typical applications: Pump housings and machine rooms Black polyurethane film - offers high abrasion resistance, flexibility, resistance to oils, gases and solvents. Good resistance to weathering/radiation energy and liquids. The protective film on the back ensures that neither dust nor dirt can penetrate into elastomers or foams.

Tedlar - a flexible, chemical-, solvent- and age-resistant cladding material made of polyvinyl fluoride with an excellent temperature range of -73 °C to +107 °C. Suitable for particularly hostile conditions.
