This Rust-Oleum White Multi-Primer 750ml is great for new surfaces and has a dry time of just 1 hour. Unlike other primers, it dries to a smooth, tight film and leaves great moisture-control. Rust-Oleum White Multi-Primer 750ml inhibits long-term rust from developing under the primer film when dry, as a result making it ideal for priming interior and exterior woodwork.

Rust-Oleum White Multi-Primer 750ml works brilliantly in high-humidity areas like bathrooms and laundry rooms. Formulated with high performance proprietary resins meaning it is the go to primer for binding chalky surfaces like previously painted siding or possibly high pH surfaces (up to 12.5). With superior sealing qualities and great hold out, Rust-Oleum White Multi-Primer 750ml is also an outstanding base coat for any decorative painting and faux finish.

It has a 1 hour dry time but will need a little longer before it is ready for the next coat.
