Rust-Oleum Thinner 7301 can be used to thin paints and/or cleaning up after use. Application Rust-Oleum Thinner 7301 provides good thinning qualities and can be mixed with CombiColor paint products, using a paddle mixer to combine. It can also be used for cleaning purposes, it is recommended for use with a tough sponge.
