Instructions: Preheat the oven to 150C. Add mix into a bowl and, preferably mixing by hand, slowly add 200g water and 100g vegetable oil until lump free. Mix for round 1 minute.

If using a mixing machine, use a beater at the slowest possible speed and shortest possible time as you want the mixture to remain heavy and dense. Spread into a lined baking tray (10" x 8*) and bake for approximately 55 minutes on the middle shelf. To check if cooked, pull out the shelf and give the tray a shake.

If the brownie wobbles in the centre, slide back in and re-check every 5 mins. The brownie is cooked when there is no wobble and the sides have begun to come away from the tin. To ensure a moist centre, do not overbake.

Leave to completely cool before cutting. Just add water and oil!
