It's light to the touch but positive and crisp, with vivid indexing that provides a constant amount of shift lever force across all 12 sprockets.

The 2-way release allows shifting from various riding positions; the upper lever still performs the same shift function, but it can now swing in either direction allowing it to be released by the thumb or index finger. This shifter is Dyna-Sys 12-speed compatible, making it suitable for use with precision 12-speed MTB drivetrains. The pod design allows the use of these shifters with any brake lever, and the I-spec-EV design is developed to attach directly to I-spec-EV brake levers.

The easy-to-read optical gear display and barrel adjuster for fine gear tuning make this a convenient and reliable option. It also comes with Optislick inner and SP41 outer cables, as well as easy access clamp band adjustment for quick setup.
