The material is made from commercial weight steel with a double layered non stick coating which is why they can offer a 10 year guarantee on these baking pan. It is oven proof to 240deg C / 464 deg F and is fridge / freezer and dishwasher safe (though Tala do recommend hand wshing to preserve the non stick coating). Before using for the first time, please wash in hot soapy water then rinse and dry.

Tala also recommend greasing lightly before each use. The guarantee is for normal use only and if the roaster proves defective. Please handle with care otherwise the guarantee becomes invalidated.
