The adjustable post base is supplied with a 25mm stand-off plate which raises the post preventing the risk of water absorption which can lead to rot. The base is fully adjustable during installation and removes the need to dig, chisel away concrete or bed the post in new concrete. The adjustable post base is simple and easy to use.

Please note: The anchor bolt and nut are not included. Galvanised finish. Installation Instructions: Install ½” (12mm) diameter anchor bolt in concrete, leaving ½” – 1” above surface.

Position base and plate washer over anchor and install nut loosely. Place stand-off into base and install post, nailing 3 vertical sides. Adjust post position and tighten nut snugly.

Bend up remaining side and fasten.
