Featuring a dual swivel cast iron head which can be positioned 45° to the left and 60° to the right for versatile cutting. The powerful motor on this bandsaw is two speeds, 1.1kW and 1.5kW. The gearbox transmission is driven directly from the motor for precise cutting while eliminating the need for belt adjustment or alignments.

With a heavy duty swivel bow head which is fitted to a pressed steel base which gives this weighted machine a rigid cutting platform for improved cutting accuracy and reduced vibrations. A bi-metal vari-pitch blade is suppled for excellent cutting capabilities. A manual blade tensioner with tension indicator gauge will optimise the blade performance and ensures a clean and accurate cut.

Fitted to the bow is a coolant system which will extend the blade life and keeps the cutting area cool. A manual blade tensioner makes sure that the blade cuts evening and accurately, giving you the best blade performance. Semi-automatic and manual cut-down function is featured on this MCB, this is perfect for repetitive cutting, with an adjustable hydraulic ram dampener which aids smooth cutting descent and control.
