It features a rubber overmolded cushion grip handle for carrying comfort, a continuous molded-in hinge that automatically equalizes ambient pressure, locking loops for adding a lock, SKB's patented "trigger release" latch system, and will form a complete gasket seal to make the case watertight.

The inside of the case features durable PE foam with space for the H5 recorder and an open pocket for accessories such as wind shields or the system's other modular microphone capsules.
