The glass lid is heat resistant up to a temperature of 200°C. Due to its high edge, the pan is ideal for thick pieces of meat or risotto. The pan has a natural non-stick coating because the cast iron has been treated with organic Canola oil.

The pan is suitable for multiple heat sources and sits stably on the stove. The lip on the front of the pan acts as a support handle. The thick base of 5 mm ensures that heat is evenly distributed.

Without the lid, the pan has a height of 6 cm. The pan must be washed by hand. Every Skeppshult product is made by hand in accordance with Swedish traditions.
