The Skottsberg carbon steel frying pan looks like a non-stick coating and is appreciated for a number of special properties.

The steep pan is pre-fired, i.e. the pan has been baked twice with vegetable oil and behaves like a pan with anti-baking layer. Plus, the pan base has the perfect thickness (2.5mm) to prevent the pan base from warping during induction.

The handle of the pan is hollow and does not absorb the heat of the pan.
