Due to HDCP , Videos like Netflix,amazon prime , Disney and Hulu are not support to play it directly by mirror screen with phone, Please play these videos by inserting a TV Stick/Roku/Chromcast into the projector. You can also connect to a laptop/computer to play via HDMI Connection (HDMI Cable Included). 2.

When it showing picture but no sound, Dolby Sound is not supported, please turn off any Dolby sound settings on your connected devices or Apps. 3. When it showing a black screen while wireless mirroring your phone, Due to different versions of mobile phones, please turn on or off the bottom option “HDCP” in WiFi settings of projector.
