The Trestle is a beautiful kitchen table with an Industrial box steel base which comes in all sizes, from small 2 seater space saving kitchen table sets, to 12 seater tables for a large open plan kitchen diner. These solid wood kitchen tables have been carefully handmade in our Devonshire workshop, using only the finest materials. Please note - To create a set, please select what size bench you require from the drop down menu and add to your basket alongside your chosen table size.

Chairs and other décor items are not included. The solid wood top of the trestle kitchen table is extremely heavy and is made from near 2 inch thick reclaimed mature wood sourced from abandoned mills, churches, and industrial buildings right here in the UK. Nail holes, scars, and dents have been revealed under a new light, which is impossible to reproduce in cheaply made, mass-produced furniture, especially kitchen tables.

The extremely unique, robust and heavy base is made from box steel, giving a true statement shape and feel to the table. A perfect place to celebrate with a roast dinner with all the family, or to just sit down to a quiet meal for two on a relaxing evening. As always, handmade with love in Britain in our Devonshire workshop! Pictured is the Antique Oak (Dark) finish in 180 x 88cm, with a 160cm Bench.

Length: 100cm - 250cm Width: 66cm, 88cm or 110cm Height: 76cm Please note: Benches are not included unless selected from the drop down menu, Chairs and other decor items are not included. Assembly: The top and base are flat packed for manoeuvrability, however its very easy to put together. Just 2 bolts and a few screws to screw the top to the base.

Our wood is finished with an oil and wax, which is durable and easily fixed should it encounter a glass of red wine (spilled expertly of course!). Our welds will stand proudly on show (not ground back and hidden) and the wood will have the most beautiful flaws, such as dents, holes, marks, stains, and scars. As always, all of our pieces are of charm and patina, they are irreplaceable and timeless in style and all carry with them a story.

As our wood is reclaimed, it is the green option.
