It has good optical quality and gives you a bright, clear view through the telescope. It's also easy to read in low light and it has reliable automatic compensators to ensure stability and accuracy in the line of sight.

Its short focusing distance allows for better performance in tight spots and on steep slopes while the magnetic dampened compensator remains accurate even under vibration. There's also a horizontal scale directly below the eyepiece that makes angle measurements quick and convenient.
