Each replacement T-Nut kit contains four individual pieces and is compatible across any Speedplay four-hole sole shoe. Maintenance tips Bont Cycling t-nuts can be replaced by removing the t-nut cover found under the innersole.The new t-nuts drop into place from the inside of the shoe and the pressure of the cleat bolt installation will allow it to sit into the sole.The t-nut cover may need to be glued to the liner again following replacement.
