HARVEST: August – December. APPROX SEEDS: 200 OUTDOOR PLANTING: Sow seeds thinly 1.5cm deep direct in growing bed in rows 6” (15cm) apart. Keep the soil moist, and be careful not to over-water.

An excellent spinach to grow on dry soil where annual spinach would run to seed quickly. Hardy and useful for autumn and winter dishes. For maximum nutritional benefit, lightly stem or eat raw.

Crops continuously if picked often. A wonderful substitute to Spinach with smooth, tender dark green leaves and a robust flavour. This variety has a long harvest period from late summer to early winter.
