Step by Step Guacamole Recipe for 4 people: Cut 1 ripe tomato into quarters and remove the seeds with the soft inside of the tomato. Now cut the remaining firm tomato flesh with peel into small cubes. Finely chop 1 fresh onion or shallot.

Cut 1/2 bunch of fresh coriander finely. Cut 1 red pepperoncini in half and remove the seeds and white pulp with the tip of a spoon. Then chop the pepperoncini finely.

If you want to avoid the spiciness, you can easily leave out the pepperoncini. Halve 2 ripe avocados and remove the pit. Remove the pulp with a spoon and then mash finely with a fork.

Immediately mix in 2 teaspoons of lime juice and then the onion, tomato and pepperoncini pieces. Season with the avocado seasoning as desired and add the chopped coriander just before serving. The brilliant summer dip is ready, which is best served with tortilla chips!
