There are 2 holes at the top of the water butt with plastic plugs. These can be removed for accessories - one to link a rain trap to a downpipe and the other can be used with a linking kit to attach another water butt. This water butt also features a child-safe lid which prevents even the most inquisitive child from gaining access to the water while being easy for adults to open.( Underneath the black arrow on top of the lid there is a yellow button you push to release the lid).
