    Cut long sections of gnocchi dough, pasta or bread dough with this wooden cutter. Use it on tins, chopping boards and work surfaces to scrape off bits of dough and flour that get stuck. Excellent for dragging pasta dough along a grooved, ridged board to make pasta shapes such as cavatelli.
