Bristol pads offer 2-ply thickness for a strong paper in your choice of either a vellum or smooth surface. The toothy texture of the medium (vellum) surface works well with pencil, colored pencil, charcoal, and pastel. The smooth surface option is ideal for detailed pen and ink work and is also suited for pencil, colored pencil, and marker.

Both surfaces are excellent for airbrushing. The tape-bound pads allow sheets to be easily removed and maintain smooth, straight edges. Each pad contains 15 sheets of 115 lb.
