This popular Ficus carica develops large fruits with rich amber flesh and an exquisite flavour. The Fig Dalmatie is known to be capable of producing two crops per year, but its first fruits are not able to endure temperature variations, and therefore; usually drop before ripening. In late Summer, the second crop arrives and produces incredibly large fruits to make amends.
