Each layer is approx 1.25" deep, so two layers together will make a standard depth celebration cake. Round cakes are baked individually in one layer, approx 2.5" deep, and are ready for you to split into 2 or 3 layers as you wish. Round cakes are baked in a tin of the size advertised - slight shrinkage may occur during baking.

Our ready made sponge cakes all freeze very well if you need to extend the shelf life. Why not keep a spare plain cake ready to decorate in the freezer for those last minute requests! Suitable for Vegetarians. Sweet Success is a family business based in Nottingham.
