These poles help to reduce the amount of stress on your knees, shoulders and back when walking, by absorbing some of the impact your body would otherwise have to absorb and providing even weight distribution.

Constructed of very light weight and durable alloy metal, each telescopic pole has a hardened steel tip with a removable rubber ferrule cover and a removable rubber basket to prevent the tip from sinking into soft dirt, sand or snow. The comfortable, contoured rubber, T shaped cane-type handle will help you keep your grip, and also features an adjustable nylon wrist strap to ensure you won't lose your trekking pole. The poles have a two section telescoping feature that allow them to extend from 680mm to 1120mm for your convenience.
