The Gainsborough is a quintessentially British barometer in the traditional banjo style. Finished with a mahogany stain and lacquered brass bezels, the CM4281 barometer would suit any home making it the perfect birthday or retirement gift. The 4281 reads air pressure from its wall mounted location and can advise you of what weather to expect in the next 24 hours.

A slow, constant increase in pressure indicates a period of dry, settled weather; whereas a steady decrease indicates persistent bad weather. Turn The Gainsborough’s brass pointer to rest directly over the black pointer to act as a marker, enabling you to recall today’s pressure value when comparing it to the following day’s readings. Humidity and temperature values are also displayed.

Personalise your banjo barometer with an engraved plaque (up to 40 characters). Plaques are scallop cut and gold effect; sized 50mm x 25mm. Suitable for indoor use only to preserve the finish of the wood.
