Traditionally matured in oak barrels in Modena, Italy Drizzle over salad, fish, meat, vegetables, mushrooms, tomatoes, cheese, strawberries, ice cream... just about anything! The Reserve is made from Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes grown on the Verrini family estate in Modena, northern Italy. Grapes are gently simmered over a flame into a must which is then mixed with quality wine vinegar before maturing in oak barrels.
