Thicknesses range from 32 (finest) to 16 (thickest) and they can be cut to size with wire cutters. Floral wires can also be used to make decorative spirals on flower displays and cake-top ‘starburst’ decorations. Tip: always use a posy pick to hold wires in place and remove any wired decorations before the cake is served.
