This is ideal for use on cakes, pastries, mousse, and frozen desserts. The gelatin properties of this product also make it ideal for use in making ice cream and pastries to aid in setting liquids.How to Use: Put a little Sargel on the cake, and spread it over it. Sargel remains shiny at very low temperatures.Ingredients: Glucose syrup, sucrose, thickeners: agar-agar (E406), pectin (E440); modified starch, acidity regulator: citric acid (E330), sodium citrate (E331); preservative: potassium sorbate (E202).
