Measuring 45cm x 30cm x 19cm, the durable stainless steel smoker sits neatly atop any heat proof surface and is designed for both hot and cold smoking. Reaching up to 80 degrees celsius, it’s ideal for hot smoking salmon, sausages, chicken wings / drumsticks and smaller cuts of meat. The cold smoker sits inside the S1 tabletop smoker, and, over the course of ten hours, releases a steady stream of smoke to gently infuse food with flavour. The smoker comes complete with 2 cooking grates, a tray for smoking dust, a fire drawer and a thermometer so you can check the temperature throughout cooking.
