LAIWEI carbide hole drills have been newly improved: 1: Made from high quality K10 carbide. 2: More teeth have been welded in. 3: The drill tip has been high temperature hardened to increase the average number of holes from 30-50 holes to 80-100 holes.

Note: For different materials, such as stainless steel and conventional sheet metal, the corresponding drilling and feed speeds are different, see details. Drilling stainless steel requires an electric drill or bench drill with 700 watts or more, operating at low speed. Under normal conditions, the service life of the Laiwai metal punching machine is longer than other drilling tools.

Suitable tools: Solid drilling tools are recommended (for stability), miniature hand drills and percussion drills are not recommended (stability is not guaranteed and the drill bit is easily damaged). Drilling stainless steel requires electric drills with more than 700 W and fixed drilling tools that work at low speed and slowly.
