Our sound blankets are also tested for noise reduction, achieving an NRC rating of 0.35. These cotton battings are wrapped in a woven polyester fabric shell for added durability and contains nine grommeted holes used for hanging these blankets over a wall, window, doorway, or sliding door. The sound absorbing blankets are machine washable and made to be reused.

Wash these blankets on a gentle cycle and hang them up to line dry only. This sound blanket acts as a great acoustic sound barrier for a music studio booth, for reducing microphone feedback on a podcast or gaming live stream, or for an alternative to a rug for protecting floors and other equipment.
