Simply mix VEGGs with water, pour it into a heated pan, and prepare a vegetable casserole, or add vegetables, put it in the oven, and prepare a delicious casserole. Use VEGGs as an ingredient in pancakes, sweet pastries, or dumpling batter. Vegetable eggs are a must-have in every kitchen, and not just for vegans and allergy sufferers – they have a long shelf life and can be conveniently stored in the cupboard.

PREPARATION METHOD One vegetable: Thoroughly mix 12 g (22 ml) of vEGGs powder, 2 1/2 tablespoons of water (37 ml / 37 g), and half a teaspoon of oil (2.5 ml). Use as you would a chicken egg. Vegetarian: Prepare a mixture of as many vegetables as you like.

Pour the mixture into a heated, well-greased non-stick pan. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring gently, turning, and separating. Stir only occasionally.

Vegan omelette, quiche and similar dishes: The addition of milk or cream is not recommended.
