The Blackout version also has vinyl coated mesh and regular pocket storage on both flap openings. V-SWAP removable tool pocket panel system that includes tool & meter panels.

44 Interior & exterior pockets of varying sizes along with electrical tape strap and neoprene pockets for meters/testers. Holds over 50 hand tools with a waterproof base of 3mm polypropylene.
