Our No. 1 Seeded Sourdough Bread is made with pumpkin seeds, linseeds, and sunflower seeds, Shipton Mill flour and a 25 year old levain starter dough, for the characteristic sourdough flavour. It's slowly fermented for 36 hours and proved in baskets which give the loaves their distinctive shape.
