These seeds can be germinated in a cultivation tray with coconut fiber or substrate.

It has a great diuretic action and is considered a good remedy to combat nicotine. They have a unique slightly spicy aroma to flavor your dishes. The following steps are recommended: 1- Submerge the seeds from an envelope in a container with water for several hours.

2- Drain, dry and distribute the seeds evenly on the rack. 3- Insert the grid on the transparent tray and fill it with water up to the grid. Cover it with the greenhouse cover.

4- Always keep the water level touching the bottom of the grid. The ideal ambient temperature is between 20o to 25o. 5- Remove the greenhouse cover when the Sprouts touch it and keep the water level.

Let the buds reach the desired height. 5- Depending on the variety and your taste, 5/7 days after planting you can cut and enjoy your "Healthy Sprouts" harvest. 6- Keep the water level up to the grid during the whole germination process.

7- The sprouts cut or on your grill you can keep them in the fridge for 10 to 15 days.
