Installing this device can easily manage PoE transmission limitations even in outdoor harsh environments with its distinguished waterproof design and simple plug-and-play installation.

Fastcabling's waterproof PoE extender is designed to repeat power and data without breaking the IEEE 802.3 standard and affecting the data transmission performance. Besides, the PoE Extender supports IEEE802.3af/at/bt standard for 60W Max. output power and backward compliance with PoE/PoE+, 100Mbps data rate, and standard power supply are available, which can perfectly serve high power PTZ cameras.

It is used between power source equipment (PSE) and a powered device (PD). The extender features easy installation and no requirement for an extra power supply because it is capable of supplying power and data for front-end IP devices over a single Ethernet cable (Cat5, Cat5e, Cat6), eliminating the local AC outlet. 1500ft continuous cable running is available when working with the second PoE extender.

Direct-burial PoE extender equipped with IP67 waterproof rating rugged housing, and its -10°C ~ 55°C wide operating temperature range allows to work under outdoor harsh environments and serve a longer life. The extender features a compact size for a dimension of156.5*29*29mm, which is powered by PoE, one Cat5e cable to carry both power and data, no extra present AC outlet is required. And it is transparent to an IP network with no need for you to configure and ask for a few special skills, the installation can be finished fast and easily.

The PoE extender has distinctive LED indicators for displaying the current status of the device intuitively, and give convenience to quick diagnose.
