It mimics authentic rowing motion and the natural self-regulating water resistance produces wave-like sound.

There are 2 workout programmes to choose from (distance and time), and the display console features a Quick Start function and a great variety of feedback including stroke rate, number of total strokes, heart rate, duration, distance and more. The machine is compatible with PC software, and the dual rails work smoothly for fluid motion. There is an ergonomic and padded seat, contoured handles and the footboard can be easily adjusted to suit all users.

Once you finish your workout, the rowing machine can be folded up for easier storage.
