Thankfully all the hard work of shelling has been done already and these shrimp are ready to cook. Sweet and full-flavoured, rock shrimp have a lovely firm texture and are delicious tossed briefly in a hot pan with butter and garlic or sizzled swiftly under the grill or a barbeque. This product is 100% shrimp meat so you’re not paying for the weight of any shell, which makes it great value.

Please note that these shrimp are frozen in a block so will need to be defrosted to separate.
