First produced in 1887, Willow Boughs is one of the most instantly recognisable patterns from Arts and Crafts designer and artist William Morris. Created in 1883, the Strawberry Thief textile pattern was inspired by thrushes that Morris found stealing fruit in the kitchen garden of his countryside home, Kelmscott Manor, Oxfordshire. Except for pieces with special trims, everything is dishwasher-safe. StonewareFired at high temperatures, stoneware is very tough and heat-resistant. It comes in a number of different glaze finishes.

Though it looks delicate, it's tough enough for daily use and is usually dishwasher-safe. It contains at least 35% bone ash.
