Similar in muting capabilities to a standard practice mute, this mute is smaller in size and as a result produces a more focussed, stable and richer tone. A rubber-cork inner surface allows for a smooth attachment to your instrument's bridge, and also reduces any marks or scratches. The integrated clip-like system allows for easy application and removal.

Being a heavier mute than standard mutes, concerns may arise from how this affects string intonation. Fortunately this mute doesn't change the intonation of your instrument. This mute also eliminates wolf-tones that can sometimes occur.
