Fill the sun's centre with your choice of filling to create a unique and exciting raviolo. To use: Flour the surface of the mould to stop pasta dough sticking. Place sheet of pasta onto the mould.

Using a pastry brush or your fingers, push the pasta into the contours Fill the indented pasta sheet with the filling of your choice. Place second sheet of pasta on top. Using a rolling pin, roll over the pasta to stick them together.

Flip your raviolo out by turning the mould over. Trim the edges of the raviolo with a pasta cutting wheel or cookie cutter. These wooden moulds are an excellent example of Italian artisanal craftsmanship.

The charming patterns and designs have been conceived and produced in Sardinia, where each mould is painstakingly hand finished to ensure crisp outlines for the perfect imprint on your pasta.
