With a traditional 1'' (2.5cm) standard cast plate design, the weight plates are easy to pick up and load onto the bars, whilst knurled handles ensure a firm and comfortable grip no matter how sweaty your hands get while exercising.

The dumbbells have a matte black finish for enhanced durability and there are quality vinyl spinlock collars delivering a safe and secure fit on the bars. The set is suitable for targeting chest, biceps, triceps, arms and back muscles and can be used for exercises such as shrugs, front & side lateral raises, shoulder press, bicep curls, overhead tricep extensions, rows, squats, lunges, calf raises and much more.
