This bar is traditionally used for curl or row exercises whilst the "W" shape enables you to achieve grip variation which in turn helps to ease the strain placed on the wrists and elbows when lifting.

The bar is 1.2 m long and comes complete with 2 good quality spinlock collars, which make loading and unloading your bar quick and easy. This ez-curl bar is also designed with quality knurling to provide better grip whilst lifting. The bar is for use with standard 1” weight plates (not included) and has a maximum load capacity of 125 kg.
