The size sticker inside says S/M 54 to 58cm, not sure if that means small to medium.Item is new, I open packages to check everything is included in my listings and that they are correct. In my own opinion from the size, I would say this is an adolescents helmet or a slim man, perhaps Ive just got a big head, I'm a large person who takes a xx large in clothing so perhaps I'm too big, my head is 59 cm and helmet seemed small for my head.
