It also prevents rust formation when applied over clean ferrous metal such as iron and steel. This primer adheres to all surfaces, seals stains and graffiti, and contains a biocide that protects the dried coating against fungal degradation.

It's great for new metal and dries in 30 minutes, allowing for recoating in just one hour.
