Features include front light, rear brake light, easy twist throttle, key, horn, front suspension and disc brake. IMPORTANT - Please note as per UK law these scooters have a maximum speed of 4mph making them legal to use on pavements. They are not designed for long trips up and down hills etc.
They are designed to be used around shopping malls and town centres etc without steep inclines. They can not be used on the road, only on the pavement. WARNING - This 3 wheel scooter has a danger of tipping if not used correctly.
The scooter is in-between a 2 wheel scooter and a 4 wheel scooter in terms of how it should be used. The 3 wheels allow it to be used at low speeds like a 4 wheeler, but like with a 2 wheel scooter it requires balance and care. If you make a turn at speed and don't balance like you would with a 2 wheel scooter then it will tip.
It should not be used by someone that can not balance themselves. You can qualify to buy mobility products VAT-free if you are chronically sick or disabled. If you qualify for VAT exemption you must self declare this above.
