Holding capacity measures approximately 4.5-litres. Measurements: Diameter 30cm x Height 20cm This chafer is designed to keep food hot during service. To use, simply pour water in the water pan, light the fuel below and place the food in gastronorm containers on top.

The chafer includes a glass lid, to keep food warm when not in service. When food is served, place lid on wire holder. Ensure the water does not fully evaporate.
